Service Description
With our Lite Business Advice & Support plan, we provide a meeting each week with the owners & managers to put a plan in place to improve business performance. We start by completing a business review using our unique tool, to help agree on the priority focus areas. Together we set practical goals, and review them. And we suggest improvements, new offering or products, marketing, IT and any area that will help improve performance
Cancellation Policy
1. The Lite Business Support package covers a business review to identify and agree on priority focus areas. Once complete we meet with the owners / managers each week to review progress, refine goals, discuss ideas and improvements to be made. 2. All suggestions, insights, and recommendations are subjective and intended to support your thinking—not direct instructions. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content shared during the Session. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties and guarantees are excluded, including implied warranties of fitness for purpose, reliability, or expected outcomes. 3. The Session does not guarantee specific results or improvements. Business performance, financial outcomes, funding, growth, or operational changes remain your responsibility, and results may vary depending on factors beyond our control. You acknowledge that decisions and actions taken following the Session are solely your own. 4. We treat information shared during the Session as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. However, because this is an informal coaching engagement, we recommend avoiding sensitive or proprietary details unless we have a separate confidentiality agreement in place. Recording the Session is prohibited unless both parties give explicit consent. 5. You agree to provide accurate and lawful information and to participate respectfully and constructively. We reserve the right to end the Session if behaviour is abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive. You are responsible for ensuring your technology is functioning for any virtual or online Sessions. 6.To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the Session is strictly limited to NZD $500, regardless of the legal basis for any claim. This limit applies to all losses, including negligence, breach of contract, or reliance on coaching advice. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law. We may reschedule or cancel a Session at our discretion due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will provide reasonable notice where possible. These Terms maybe updated periodically.
