I've been working in businesses for over 30 years in different countries and cultures. I've been a part of some of the best companies in their sectors including British Airways, Hewlett Packard & Fonterra in different capacities. My passion for the last 10 years has been consulting with and working in SMEs in NZ and overseas. I've been an owner / director / CEO of a carpet business, professional services company, a seed company in the Ag sector, a Pet services & retail company, and a biotech startup. I have also consulted to retailers, manufacturers, hospitality, tourism and food businesses. I've got a strong track record of growing sales, reducing costs, focusing on the highest margin products, increasing spend per customer, hiring & retaining great people - resulting in strong growth.
