The Dog Den Limited
We helped establish The Dog Den limited with the original centre in Takapuna, growing to centres in Silverdale, Whitianga and Puhoi. Achieving 2 Westpac finalist awards, international accreditation, and becoming the fastest growing business in its sector. Throughout we provided business advice & planning on fitout, managing risks, health & safety, training, HR, payroll, cashflow management & accounts, google ads, social media (Facebook, Google my buisness, Instagram, ads). We led restructuring of teams, employment disputes, and performance management. We setup IT systems, inc CCTV, and partnered to establish the website, booking integration and online sales. We led the acquisition of 2 centres, and creation of 2 new centres. Most recently after 6 years we helped the sale of 3 of the centres releasing capital back to the founders.

We supported the owner of a Harrison's carpet franchise with pricing & margin management, accounts & budgeting, business mentoring and problem resolution with suppliers & some customers.

Providing support to a small boutique professional service company for several years. Services have included business planning & advice, hiring, restructuring, employment disputes, training. I have been on their board for the last 2 years.

We have been partnering with the founder of a startup - a specialised medical & research device company. We have been providing business planning & strategy advice, commercial contract reviews, capital raising and business mentoring.
