Our Business First Aid meeting is aimed to complete a quick review of your business, and agree on the priority items. Then discuss a practical plan to improve business performance, including setting clear and measurable goals for the entire team. Within an 1-2 hours that is the most we can achieve. But we are available to work to help put plans in place, and we can discuss the best type of package to work together after the initial review. Or you can manage the implementation of the plan yourself, and we can just review in 1 months time
Cancellation Policy
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Business First Aid session (“Session”) offered by SME Help Now (“we”, “us”, “our”) to eligible participants (“you”, “your”). By booking or attending a Session, you agree to these Terms. 1) Eligibility 1.1 The Session is available to New Zealand based small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and business owners or authorised representatives aged 18+. 2) Purpose and scope 2.1 The Session is a consultation designed to provide urgent general business insights based on the information you share. 1-2 hours. 2.2 The Session provides urgent business services and advice. We may suggest that you take additional professional advice from other parties in specific areas. 2.3 Any ongoing or in depth work beyond the Session will be subject to a separate engagement letter or services agreement. 3) There is a fee of $250 per session. 3.1 The Session is provided without obligation to purchase additional services. 4) Booking, rescheduling & cancellations 4.1 Sessions are available by appointment only via our booking channel(s). 4.2 You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment time. 4.3 Missed appointments or cancellations without 24 hours notice will incur a charge of $150. 4.4 We may reschedule or cancel for reasons including availability, illness, or technology issues. We will try to give reasonable notice. 5) Information you provide 5.1 You are responsible for ensuring any information you provide is accurate, complete and not confidential to third parties without their consent. 5.2 You must not share information that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes another party’s rights. 6) Confidentiality 6.1 We will treat non public information you share in the Session as confidential and use it only to deliver the Session and related administration. 7) Intellectual property 7.1 Any materials we provide (slides, checklists, frameworks, notes) are our intellectual property. We grant you a non exclusive, non transferable licence to use them internally for your business. 7.2 You may not distribute, sell, or publish our materials. 8. Limitations 8.1 You should seek independent professional advice before making key decisions. Our advice is general business advice. 8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties (express or implied) regarding the Session and materials. 8.3 No guarantees: We do not guarantee outcomes, results, funding, or business performance.
